Class Descriptions:

POWER FLOW – This energizing and upbeat class focuses on connecting mindful breath with vigorous movement of the body. With unique and ever-changing sequences and postures, Power Flow classes will build strength, create flexibility, improve balance and calm the mind at the same time. *If you are new to Yoga, we recommend starting with Foundations of Flow before Power Flow.*

This class is heated between 95-100 degrees with 40% humidity.


FOUNDATIONS OF FLOW – This class is an introduction to Power Flow. Learning the basic flow postures while connecting with breath, you will develop proper alignment and technique to build both strength and flexibility. This is a great class for any beginner or experienced yogi wanting to get back to the basics. If you are new to Yoga, we recommend starting with this class.

YIN YOGA – This class is a slower paced, passive practice that involves deep holds of postures, around 2-5 minutes each. Yin Yoga creates space to work deeper into the body and helps to stretch, open and release muscles and joints, as well as deep connective tissues of the body. If you are new to Yoga, we recommend starting with this class.

FLOW & YIN - This class is a combination of our beginner Foundations of Flow class and our deep stretching Yin Yoga class. Come enjoy the combination of strengthening and movement of Flow with the release of stretching- the perfect balance of yin and yang. If you are new to Yoga, we recommend starting with this class.

HOT CARDIO SCULPT - This total body class is a combination of hot Power Flow mixed with cardio intervals and hand weights and can be easily modified for all bodies.

This class is heated between 95-100 degrees with 40% humidity.
